Construction Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Workflow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining workflows to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless project execution.

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely task completion and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, to prevent delays and errors.
Key Responsibilities:

The Construction Workflow Specialist will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely task completion and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, to prevent delays and errors.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in workflow or operations coordination within the construction industry.
  • Fluent English communication skills for dealing with US market and management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello.
  • Proven experience in workflow management within the construction industry.
