
Executive Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of lead generation professionals, proposal writers, and B2B sales executives.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development within a software house, with a focus on AI and web development projects. They will have a proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in the software or technology industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team consisting of Lead Generation Executives and B2B Sales Executives.
- Implementing effective KPIs and tracking the performance of the team, ensuring efficient and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Providing ongoing training to team members to enhance their skills in business development, sales strategies, and client engagement.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to drive growth for the company. They will develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. They will also have a deep understanding of web development technologies, frontend and backend frameworks, and analytical skills to track KPIs, measure success, and refine strategies.
