As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will play a key part in optimizing our online sales channels and enhancing customer experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key Ecommerce accounts for optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze Ecommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Ecommerce and digital marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Ebay, Amazon, and Marketplace platforms.
- Proven experience in Ecommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- The ability to stay focused and maintain quality under pressure.
- Adaptability and flexibility when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
