Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily administrative and operational activities, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and personnel supervision.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders. They will also be well-versed in Standard Operating Procedures and able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Accountabilities
- To develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- To conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
- To coach and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
