Position Overview:

Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our offerings align with customer requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and expertise, as well as your business acumen. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to pursue those opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and critically. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies. You will also have experience working in a sales or business development capacity, preferably in the higher education industry.

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field is required. A GPA of 3.3+ is preferred.
