We are Hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT solutions and consultancy services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the IT and consultancy sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions, software development, and consultancy services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with potential and existing clients.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve business development targets by pitching IT solutions and consultancy services to enterprises and startups.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, RFPs, and contracts while negotiating with clients for the best outcomes.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business offerings.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with software development, IT consultants, and project management teams to align client needs with company solutions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance insights to management.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in business development within the IT industry, software solutions, or consultancy services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, cloud computing, software development, and consultancy models.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch technical solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop business strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and IT service offerings.
