About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Enablement Trainer with a strong background in digital marketing sales to drive high-impact training initiatives. In this role, you will empower sales professionals with the tools, techniques, and product knowledge needed to accelerate lead generation, boost conversion rates, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead structured sales training programs focused on SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Conduct sales onboarding, coaching sessions, and real-time role-play workshops.
  • Train sales teams on prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Create high-converting sales scripts, call guides, pitch decks, and training documentation.
  • Analyze performance data and provide personalized coaching to improve pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Marketing teams to align training with evolving buyer journeys and market trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest in digital sales techniques, competitor strategies, and industry tools.
  • Track and report training impact on key KPIs like sales quota attainment, deal velocity, and customer acquisition.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

·3+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development, preferably within a Digital Marketing or BPO environment

·Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and sales funnel optimization

·Proven ability to enhance team performance through targeted training and coaching programs

·Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive

·Proficient in using sales enablement tools such as Gong, Salesloft, and Outreach to drive sales efficiency

·Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
