About the Role

As a Sr. Technical and Non-Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with active and passive candidates, assess their skills and qualifications, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based recruiting firm and be well-versed in using popular job boards like ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Review and analyze resumes to determine candidate suitability for specific roles
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand the requisition
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based recruiting firm
  • Extensive experience with using popular job boards like ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work evening hours to accommodate US time zones
