We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have almost 2 to 3 years of experience in talentacquisition, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the fullrecruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings,candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Utilize innovativesourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build andmaintain a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiringmanagers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidanceand support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positivecandidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timelyfeedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date withindustry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies andattract top talent.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities forprofessional development and apply new knowledge to improve recruitmentprocesses and strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 +years of experience intalent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles,preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • International Recruitment: The applicant must have international hiring experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment bestpractices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiencywith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growingwithin the field of HR and talent acquisition.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
