Customer Support Representative Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional customer support representative to join our team.

This is a remote opportunity where you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.

As a customer support representative, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

  • You will respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • You will handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • You will utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Our ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and is comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.

The successful candidate will also possess empathetic, patient, and reliable qualities when addressing customer concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
