EDI Analyst Job

An EDI Analyst is responsible for implementing supplier "Procure to Pay" integrations, enhancements, and changes. This includes EDI messages such as PO, POC, POR, ASN (SSCC Labels), and Invoice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in implementing EDI - Procure to Pay projects to tight deadlines. Additional experience with other types of API/integration projects is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing supplier "Procure to Pay" integrations, enhancements, and changes.
  • Monitoring and identifying issues, root cause, and developing solutions to address these.
  • Investigating and interpreting data, developing insights, and proposing actionable solutions prior to execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing EDI - Procure to Pay projects to tight deadlines.
  • Additional experience with other types of API/integration projects is a bonus.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management and ability to facilitate meetings from fellow peers to upper management.
  • Strong communication skills via email, calls, and meetings with key stakeholders.
