Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team as Lead Generators. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline for our company's products/services.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice.

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads within target markets and industries.
  2. Engage with prospects through phone calls to initiate conversation and understand their needs.
  3. Articulate the benefits and value propositions of our products/services to prospects, aiming to generate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track progress using CRM software or other designated tools.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to effectively tailor lead generation strategies.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong experience in lead generation, preferably in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly approach.
  • Able to conduct effective market research and identify potential customer segments.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple lead generation activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
  • A positive attitude and resilience.
