The primary role of this position is to lead a team in analyzing system requirements and designing overall architecture. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing system requirements from stakeholders, including systems analysts.
  • Designing efficient system architectures and frameworks.
  • Effectively managing resources to deliver desired solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development with expertise in design, object-oriented analysis and design, object-oriented programming in J2EE, Java, and JSP.
  • Experience in UML and Websphere/Weblogic Application Server.
  • Experience in engineering J2EE applications within the Weblogic platform.
  • Mandatory experience as a Team Lead with mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical, detail design, and software architecture skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from a reputable university.
