As an entry-level accounting professional, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in management accounting and progress towards senior accounting or bookkeeping positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, supporting accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Conduct basic reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Learn payroll processing by assisting with client payroll tasks and compliance, and prepare financial statements and analyze data under the guidance of senior accountants.
  • Participate in client meetings and support inquiries related to financial matters.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized accounting certification (e.g., ACCA or CA).
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting.
  • Have familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Be proficient in Excel and willing to develop technical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with US GAAP or prior internship coursework in accounting or finance will be advantageous.
