Job Description:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Your expertise in financial management and analysis will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
2. Conduct regular internal audits to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in financial documentation.
3. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring timely compliance with all taxation regulations.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
6. Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and recommend strategies for cost-saving measures and increased profitability.
7. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Job Specification

1. Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
2. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
