Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Sales Presentations: Present the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and persuading them to make a purchase.
  3. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Close sales by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Meet sales targets provided by the company.
  2. Converse with customers on all online sales platforms.
  3. Meet and solve customer exchanges and complaints accurately.
  4. Have knowledge of all products based on the company's offerings and convey product information accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
