We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audio Transcription Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to transcribe audio files into accurate and high-quality text formats.

">

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transcribing audio/video files into text format.">
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the source file is maintained throughout the transcription process.">
  • Transcribing English audio files into text based on the required transcript type and understanding all modes of transcription, including:">

Types of Transcription:

">

  • Intelligent Verbatim Transcription">
  • Editied Transcription">
  • Phonetic Transcription">
  • Discourse Analysis">
">

Skill Requirements:

">

  • A solid understanding of transcription fundamentals and various types.">
  • Knowledge of different transcription services such as strict verbatim, intelligent verbatim, edited, phonetic, and discourse analysis.">
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.">
  • Ability to understand British accents, including Scottish and Welsh.">
  • Effective time management skills.">
  • Proficiency with audio/video transcription software like Otter AI.">
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work.">
  • Typing speed of words per minute preferred.">
  • Ability to transcribe one hour of audio within two to three hours.">
  • Experience translating documents between Urdu and English.">
  • Dedication, reliability, and confidentiality.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.">
  • Formal education in English Language or Literature.">
  • Office-based work environment.">
  • Shift Time: 10 am to 7 pm.">
  • Location: DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi.">
