Accounting Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial control systems, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable taxes.

  1. Financial Management: Develop and implement efficient financial management strategies to optimize financial performance.
  2. Fund Management: Manage operational cash flows, prepare funds flow statements, and perform daily reconciliations.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare final accounts, including balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flows, and financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  4. Tax Compliance: Arrange, prepare, and submit the company's tax return, and maintain liaison with tax advisors.
  5. Production Costing: Perform monthly production costing to set product prices accordingly.
  6. Department Management: Overall management of the Accounts Department.
Requirements:
  • Accounting System Development Skills: Strong understanding of account system development and implementation.
  • Internal Control System Development Skills: Ability to design and develop internal control systems.
  • Operational Management: Experience in running the Accounts Department operationally.
  • Production Costing: Knowledge of production costing principles.
