At PayTech Group, we seek an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our cross-border spend growth and portfolio optimization initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in cardholder engagement campaigns, cross-border payments, e-commerce trends, and merchant partnerships.

The successful candidate will design and implement Always-On campaigns targeting cross-border and e-comm spend, coordinate with global merchants to align offers and promotions, and monitor fund utilization across Year 1 and Year 2 allocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase cardholder engagement.
  • Optimize portfolio performance through segmentation, targeting, and offer personalization.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in banking, payments, or consulting, with a focus on portfolio optimization, digital engagement, or cross-border spend strategies.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in managing or advising cardholder engagement campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, e-commerce trends, and merchant partnerships.
