Financial Transaction Management

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage our daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping and transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter all financial transactions into the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Regularly review and reconcile financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct monthly bank and cash reconciliations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payroll, including calculating earnings, deductions, taxes, and allowances.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other related documents.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper use.
  • Collaborate with the accounts and finance teams on accounting and audit matters.

Requirements:

  • Self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
