We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage our daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping and transaction processing.
Responsibilities:
- Enter all financial transactions into the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Regularly review and reconcile financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly bank and cash reconciliations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payroll, including calculating earnings, deductions, taxes, and allowances.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other related documents.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper use.
- Collaborate with the accounts and finance teams on accounting and audit matters.
Requirements:
- Self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
