We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Verifier with a strong background in coaching, call analysis, and sales qualification to join our growing team. If you have a keen ear for what makes a sales conversation effective, a passion for continuous improvement, and a strong grasp of the SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) process — we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

Review and listen to recorded sales calls to determine if they meet SQL criteria.

Assess the viability of each interaction and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve sales outcomes.

Identify and document learning points, strengths, and areas for improvement from each call.

Make comprehensive, clear, and grammatically correct call notes that summarize interactions and findings.

Highlight coaching opportunities and potential training gaps to help uplift sales performance.

Track and flag compliance issues, quality concerns, and recurring trends that require attention.

Collaborate with sales and training teams to continuously improve call quality standards.


What We're Looking For

Prior experience in a quality assurance role — preferably in a sales or contact center environment.

Strong understanding of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and sales pipelines.

A coaching or training background with the ability to give constructive, motivational feedback.

Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong grammar and communication abilities.

Proficiency in making detailed, structured call notes that are clear and easy to follow.

Ability to spot trends and patterns across multiple interactions and provide strategic insights.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of team
