Job Summary

The appointed individual will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality and conformity of advanced wound care products through regular quality checks and inspections. This role is fundamental in maintaining our high standards, ensuring product safety, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assessments on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Testing & Analysis: Perform various tests on wound care products, documenting results accurately, including sterility, moisture content, tensile strength.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of QA activities, including inspection results, test data, and non-conformity reports; prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all QA procedures meet GMP, ISO, and local regulatory standards relevant to wound dressing manufacturing.
  • Equipment Calibration: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of QA equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy in testing.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot quality issues, provide feedback, and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with wound care products, sterilization processes (e.g., Electron Beam, Gamma Radiation), and GMP/ISO standards.

  • Proficient in quality testing techniques and use of lab equipment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
