We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant Business Central to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Business Central implementations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Business Central to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- System Design and Configuration: Conduct business process analysis and assist in system design and configuration to meet client requirements.
- End-User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing system support post-implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
- System Integration and Development: Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, development, and reporting needs.
- Data Migration and Transition: Assist clients in data migration and ensure the seamless transition of systems.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.
- Must have implemented at least 2 complete implementations from scratch.
- Proficient in analyzing business processes and implementing solutions using Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, sales, and inventory modules.
- Experience in customizing Business Central using AL and Extensions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic team environment.
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate to Lahore.
- Experience with Business Central implementations in multiple industries.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an advantage.
