We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Professional to fill this crucial role. In this position, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of call center employees, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives

Manage the hiring process for call center staff, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Create and deliver training programs for call center employees, encompassing customer service, technical skills, and performance enhancement

Evaluate employee performance to ensure productivity and compliance with established protocols

Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for call center operations

Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulatory requirements

Negotiate conflicts and administer disciplinary action when necessary

Maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders

Analyze call center metrics and data to identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment

Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
