Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Assess and analyze current production methods and quality issues, developing and implementing improved processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Cost Reduction: Design and implement cost-reductive changes to maximize value for the company.
  • Team Management: Train, supervise, and manage production line workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate machinery safely and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control measures that monitor products and guarantee desired results, following product specifications and adhering to state, federal, and industry safety rules and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and equipment needed, working within set plans to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including process design and implementation, and quality control procedures.
