Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing brand operations and catalog performance on Amazon.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Executing listing strategies to maximize visibility and sales;
  • Keyword optimization and A+ content creation to improve search rankings;
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions;

Collaborating with clients to implement growth strategies and optimize ad spend, keywords, and bids to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).

You will oversee the management of hiring, onboarding, and internal HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and payroll support. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews and foster employee engagement through regular feedback and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, possessing strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Willingness to work collaboratively is essential.
