
Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and accounting, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable management.
In addition to bookkeeping duties, the coordinator will provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems. They will also collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, statements, and tax returns.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
