Business Process Coordinator

Ensuring operational excellence is a vital part of bringing life-changing AgeTech solutions to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:- Track the progress of client programs using backend data and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments before launches.
- Prepare shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRM systems like Pipedrive and Custify, conduct research to support internal processes, and carry out other research tasks as needed to facilitate company operations.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organized individuals who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are highly sought after.
- Experience in operations, administration, or client coordination is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Effective communication skills and an ability to make complex information easy to understand are crucial, as are a curious and proactive approach to improving processes.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Custify would be beneficial.
- Understanding of AgeTech, healthtech, or IoT products could provide a competitive edge.
