We're looking for someone to collaborate with department leads to identify operational needs and streamline internal processes. This will involve creating and maintaining SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency across teams, as well as assisting with setting up and managing workflow automations using tools like HubSpot and Zapier.

This role requires strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and experience working with HubSpot and Zapier. You'll also need to be organized, curious, and resourceful, with great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
