Telemedicine Model Developer

Job Description:

Pakistan is facing challenges in delivering quality primary health care to remote and rural areas due to a lack of qualified medical staff. The Government of Punjab considers adopting telemedicine approaches under its UHC and PHC reform agenda.

This role requires developing a comprehensive telemedicine framework that integrates with existing digital health systems, strengthens referral pathways between primary and secondary care, and supports long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of public health policies and systems thinking, with expertise in institutional design and multisectoral reforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Public Health or relevant field (MBBS)
  • 15+ years' experience in healthcare policy development and implementation
  • Strong systems thinking and integration expertise
  • Proven track record in leading stakeholder engagement and capacity building initiatives
