Job Opportunity:

Expert health systems specialist with 15+ years of experience in institutional design and multisectoral reforms is required to provide strategic direction for integrated telemedicine models.

The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration to develop a comprehensive scoping review of telemedicine approaches in Pakistan, identifying successful models, operational gaps, and regulatory requirements. They will propose a scalable and equitable telemedicine framework for Punjab, integrating with existing digital health systems, outlining governance roles, integration with Hospital Management Information System (HMIS)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and phased transition to government ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
