
Sales Support Professional

This role involves analyzing sales outcomes, identifying opportunities, and creating proposals in collaboration with the Consumer Sales team. The primary objective is to assist in delivering comprehensive support services to sales personnel and client segments.
Responsibilities- Provide sales and service assistance to banking customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of all service queries.
- Address sales challenges by identifying and implementing solutions based on technical expertise and prior experience.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and refer potential clients to Acquisition Managers.
- Support the achievement of overall branch sales and service goals.
- Evaluate risks in business decisions with a strong emphasis on protecting the firm's reputation and safeguarding group, its clients, and assets.
- Report and manage control issues with transparency.
- Relevant experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bank or financial institution; a minimum of 5 years of experience is required if there is no prior banking experience.
