Leading Financial Expert Wanted

We require an experienced Regional Financial Manager to oversee financial operations in India.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and manage cash flow. They must be proactive, deadline-driven, and able to handle a varied workload.
Responsibilities- Financial Control: Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to prevent material misstatements.
- Manage cash flow and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Group finance team to integrate acquired schools into the company's processes.
- Implement accounting policies and adhere to group standards.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance operational roles in a commercial environment. They should possess strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of IFRS.
Key Skills- Strong understanding of tax and statutory accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Ability to set policies and directions, with flexibility and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships at senior levels.
- Ability to balance control with operational freedom.
- International experience is desirable.
