Taking charge of our ambitious growth plan, you will lead the charge in disrupting the commercial real-estate industry. As a Partnership Sales Lead, your primary goal is to grow your network rapidly and take our proposition to them. Your tenacity and expertise will help initiate and close multiple high-value deals at pace.

By ensuring prospective partners fully understand the value of our proposition, you will be doing much more than simply meeting sales targets. Thanks to your outstanding communications skills - primarily in English but also with a good level of local language proficiency - you will be able to present a truly compelling narrative to large and small audiences alike.

- Pursue leads and follow up on centrally-driven enquiries
- Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections
- Source ambitious partners who match our growth goals and can help drive our rapid growth through building conversions, new development locations or competitor conversions
Requirements
- Passionate about working in a high-growth sector
- Results-driven with a proven track record of success in sales or partnership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
