Job Opportunity: Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Upwork Bidder. This is a full-time night shift position that requires the ability to identify potential projects on freelancing platforms, write custom proposals, and convert leads into successful clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms, with a strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies. They should also have a basic understanding of services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write personalized and high-converting bids/proposals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
