Financial Analyst Role

The role of a financial analyst involves analyzing market trends and identifying investment opportunities to support data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct global capital markets analysis, including equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds, commodities, and currencies.
  • Understand monetary policy, interest rates, inflation, and central bank actions.
  • Interpret macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, consumer price index, purchasing managers' index, unemployment data, and market structure.
  • Track economic events, earnings seasons, and geopolitical risks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Analysis: Apply smart money concepts, ICT methodology, price action trading, and interpret lagging and leading indicators.
  • Crypto Market Expertise: Read and interpret white papers for token utility, technology, and tokenomics, track whale activity, wallet movements, and volume flow using blockchain explorers, and apply fundamental analysis to tokens.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Interpret and maintain journals, ledgers, and trial balances, and connect accounting data to broader financial decisions and investment metrics.

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not Required):

  • Hold CFA certification or progress toward it.
  • Have experience in cryptocurrency investing or trading.
  • Be proficient with Tradingview, Bloomberg, barchart, blockchain analytics tools, or accounting software.
  • Have a background in research, portfolio analysis, or trade journaling.

Schedule: Full-time.
