Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive business growth through effective lead generation and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research and Tracking: Identify, research, track, maintain, and update sales leads in a timely manner.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects for future reference, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline regarding all ongoing sales leads, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager and Sales team.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure meeting the minimum criteria set for generating leads, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
Required Skills:
- Data Management: Proficiency in managing data and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Email Writing Skills: Excellent email writing skills, capable of crafting compelling and persuasive messages.
- Telemarketing: Effective telemarketing skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
