
Revenue Development Officer

Pakipreneurs, a software development agency, seeks a Revenue Development Officer to drive sales efforts, identify new opportunities, and cultivate strong client relationships. As a key player in our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation: Leverage industry connections, social media, and direct outreach to identify and engage with potential clients, securing projects that align with our capabilities.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that highlight our expertise and value proposition, strategically bidding on projects to win new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, refine our sales approach, and stay updated on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the IT/software development industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelance/job platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and craft persuasive proposals.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus, but not required.
