Job Role: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday from 7pm to 4am with an hour lunch break (Available on Alternative Saturday)

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
