Recovery Officer

Our goal is to recover owed money by understanding the debtor's financial situation and developing a personalized plan to help them settle their debt. This involves effective communication, negotiation skills, and building trust with the debtor.

We are looking for a skilled Recovery Officer who can handle customers' questions or complaints professionally and empathetically. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in the system and recommending solutions to improve our recovery processes.

The ideal candidate should have good negotiation and persuasion skills, computer literacy, and experience working with targets and deadlines. They should also possess great interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with debtors and colleagues alike.
