Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the supply chain from loading, delivering, and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Supervise the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials.
  • Process all necessary documentation, maintain accurate records, and handle inventory management.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and ensure prompt maintenance.
  • Inspect incoming supplies for damage and report any discrepancies.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by reporting hazardous conditions.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and adaptability to meet changing demands.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office 2000.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed.
