Project Coordinator and Studio Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team in the role of project coordinator and studio support specialist.

This critical position will play a key part in ensuring client projects are kept on track and the studio runs smoothly.

  • Communication with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and manage timelines is an essential aspect of this job.
  • Tasks such as creating and assigning project tasks to artists using project management tools (e.g. Slack, Trello, Monday.com) need to be performed efficiently.
  • The role requires ensuring deliverables are submitted on time and at the highest quality.
  • Able to relay feedback between clients and artists clearly and promptly.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and records of all active projects is also crucial.

Additional Responsibilities

This role involves providing support to the studio including maintaining leave records and ensuring the team is present and productive.

Helping organize team meetings, interviews, feedback sessions, and internal check-ins is also necessary.

Occasionally, assisting the Creative Director with executive tasks such as researching vendors, helping with hiring coordination, preparing reports, or gathering information is required.

This position involves working closely with our in-house artists and art leads.

You're a Great Fit If You:

This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in English (written + spoken) for professional client communication is essential.

Comfortable working in an artist-led creative environment.

Able to manage tasks, timelines, and people without micromanaging.

At least 1-3 years of experience in project management and coordination is necessary.

Bonus: Prior experience in a creative agency, studio, or production house is beneficial.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time role working from 10am-6pm (Mon-Fri).
