Human Resources Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.


This role is critical to managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.


You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and experience in recruitment and HR administration.


They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and source top talent through various channels.
  2. Conduct interviews, assessments, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  6. Manage employee relations and support performance management initiatives.
  7. Conduct performance reviews and assist in career development planning.
  8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  9. Handle HR reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment and HR Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Tech or BPO industry.
