
Sales Appointment Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Appointment Coordinator to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives.
The primary objective is to book as many virtual appointments as possible on Zoom for meetings with clients. To achieve this, the appointment coordinator will be provided with all leads to dial on, eliminating the need for prospecting or cold calls.
Using scripts and training fully provided, the appointment coordinator will engage in conversations with Life Insurance clients, identifying suitable times for appointments with our Sales Representatives.
The focus is on booking appointments between life insurance clients and our Sales Reps, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Booking appointments on provided leads
- Maintaining detailed comments on leads using our App
- Submitting daily and weekly reports on progress
- Engaging in consistent communication with the representative & team during working hours
- Meeting targets of 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, with a minimum of 8-10+ that show up
- Completing 15-20+ dials every hour
- Completing a 5-day accelerator training program and 3-step recruiting process
Work hours will be a minimum of 6 hours per shift, with a 30-hour weekly commitment (expandable based on performance). The preferred timing range is 3PM-9PM EST (Toronto Time), although some flexibility may be accommodated.
A stable internet connection is essential, along with a fast cell phone and laptop/tablet for efficient use of zoom and other tools. We seek a highly competitive, competent, and results-driven individual who views this as a long-term career opportunity.
