
Business Development Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to spearhead our business development efforts.
Responsibilities:- Market and place consultants across client projects, ensuring seamless placement and maximum revenue generation.
- Develop and optimize consultant profiles and resumes to meet market standards, driving successful placements and strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Submit high-volume targeted job applications daily with high accuracy, leveraging data-driven insights to improve candidate placement efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Buat and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers, conducting C-level outreach to secure faster project approvals and partnerships.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in C2C staff augmentation, business development, or bench sales.
- Strong knowledge of visa classifications and US IT staffing models.
- Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
