Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to spearhead our business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Market and place consultants across client projects, ensuring seamless placement and maximum revenue generation.
  • Develop and optimize consultant profiles and resumes to meet market standards, driving successful placements and strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Submit high-volume targeted job applications daily with high accuracy, leveraging data-driven insights to improve candidate placement efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Buat and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers, conducting C-level outreach to secure faster project approvals and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in C2C staff augmentation, business development, or bench sales.
  • Strong knowledge of visa classifications and US IT staffing models.
  • Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
