Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize, plan, lead and control the activities of business development.
  • Plan, organize, lead and control the activities of sales Process.
  • To provide deep product and industry expertise to support the sales team as well as the clients (client visits, demonstrations, business cases).
  • Update senior management on the status of ongoing projects and process improvement activities, achievements and future plans.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues as needed.
  • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures of the industry is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of different architectures and design strategies/methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of standardization process and different standards and models.
  • Experienced in Customer Management and related activities.
  • Experienced in task evaluation and division.

Experience Required:
