
Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Organize, plan, lead and control the activities of business development.
- Plan, organize, lead and control the activities of sales Process.
- To provide deep product and industry expertise to support the sales team as well as the clients (client visits, demonstrations, business cases).
- Update senior management on the status of ongoing projects and process improvement activities, achievements and future plans.
- Provide backup support to colleagues as needed.
- Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures of the industry is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of different architectures and design strategies/methodologies.
- Good knowledge of standardization process and different standards and models.
- Experienced in Customer Management and related activities.
- Experienced in task evaluation and division.
