Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing tailored recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and provide targeted recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing methods to find high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to gauge candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Oversee the interview and selection process, including arranging meetings, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating terms, and providing feedback to applicants.
  • Maintain a well-organized recruitment database to track progress.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer periodic metrics and reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on industry developments, best practices, and employment law regulations.

Workplace Health & Safety Obligations

  • Verify that job descriptions outline HSE duties according to organizational standards.
  • Provide HSE orientations to new personnel on time.
  • Promote and enhance (as required) employee health and safety education.
  • Document worker safety and health instruction, certification, and medical checks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to relevant laws, policies, and processes.
  • Guarantee workspaces remain tidy and risk-free, with prompt reporting of hazards.
  • Recognize and address emerging threats and contribute to finding mitigating actions.
