The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is responsible for the effective management of employee lifecycles at an organization.
This position requires a strong ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers and possess excellent oral and written communication and representational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers, and others to keep all parties apprised of the search status.
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements, and recommend creative advertising venues and strategies.
- Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews, and develop a shortlist of potential candidates.
The Recruitment Specialist will be proactive, think strategically, and network early in search of stellar candidates for all positions.
They will track applicant flow, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and help collect and analyze recruitment data.
Additionally, they will build and maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent oral and written communication and representational skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
