Job Description:

  1. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us identify areas of business underperformance and propose initiatives to improve performance.
  2. Our ideal candidate will perform targeted analyses to identify issue root causes when performance targets are not met.
  3. This role involves creating and designing Performance & Utilization Success metrics and designing processes and SQL queries to measure them.
  4. The successful candidate will assist our team lead in devising strategies and tools for business teams in reaching performance goals and agreed targets.
  5. They will also work on the development and implementation of forecasting models.
  6. This role requires the ability to determine the impacting business factors and their impact on business & forecasting models.
  7. The ideal candidate will assist local teams in comparison of forecasts to actual performance, identifying reasons behind department performance and results.
  8. They will create tools & dashboards for Daily/Weekly & Monthly business performance visibility.
  9. Maintaining and monitoring department/organizational KPIs is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree/Masters in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or Economics from a top-tier institution.
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience.
  3. Must be proficient in creating dashboards.
  4. Knowledge of Python would be a significant advantage.
  5. Understanding of PowerBI would also be beneficial.
  6. Ability to structure/source data into a data warehouse and automate processes that support business.
