About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Improvement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving team performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sales workflows.
- Develop and implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools and CRM systems to provide insights into sales performance.
- Create comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and revenue team visibility.
- Identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for sales team optimization.
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance on tools and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience, including managing a team of professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
